iproperty sucks… i totally agree. it should be banned in southeast asia ;( it does not allow free advertising. and all the prices are inflated because of agent fees and GST fees.

There are differing motives for each particular state governments impositions, as well as purchasers. The Ferderal Government noble intention to spur the industry, hence the economy cannot be achieved without a clear and and structured program benefitting both foreign buyers and state Government.Maybe these conduit for FDI should be focused on rather than the ETP which do not seem to directly focus benefits to the industry and States

The 1 malaysia concept is to built property for the peoples budget . Prices of condo should be within RM100k to Rm150 k. Why developers are not building . Is the people sleeping or the government is not checking on developers.

I think the government has the right decision. The Real Property Gains Tax (RPGT) shall increase from 5% to 25%, so that the price of property will drop and help the fresh graduate to able to own a house. Now the house price in jump up with no other reason the speculation. Some say the property Malaysia will drop 25% next year..
